Checklist of the vaccines offered to everyone in the UK for free on the NHS
If you’re not sure whether you or your child have had all your routine vaccinations, ask your GP or practice nurse to find out for you. It may be possible to ‘catch up’ later in life.
Try to make sure you or your child have vaccinations delivered on time to ensure protection.
If you’re going to be away from the GP surgery when a vaccination is due, talk to your doctor. It may be possible to arrange for vaccination at a different location.
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
- Medicals for preemployment, sports and driving requirements (Large Goods Vehicles (LGV), Passenger Service Vehicles (PSV), etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
- Private sick notes
- Vaccination certificates
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.
